Fogg Dam – revisited

Fogg Dam would have to be one of my favourite places to go to capture birdlife, every day’s a bit different..the weather on this occasion was great, with lot’s of cloud to diffuse the sunlight, so no harsh shadows on the birds, and i added a touch of fill flash to make sure I got some reasonable detail. not a lot of birds on this visit, but enough to keep me happy.

Thought that would be the case. Catch up for lunch next time you’re in town?

How’s the Fuji going for you?

Works brilliantly..I only use the canons now if I need some length (currently 140mm (210mm equiv) is the longest I’ve got) but for portraits, Landscape, etc I can’t really fault it. And with the firmware updates it just keeps getting better..
