After last week’s effort in the harsh light of day I noted that the tide would be more than a metre higher on Sunday (the highest point was at 17:30hrs) so i decided to go back and see how high that would be for future reference.
So armed with my ND grad’s and a variable ND filter off I went into the breach once more…The new season of Merlin was calling me so I didn’t bother to hang around for sunset opting just to test my skills against the daytime sun.
As it turns out, in a few days time the tide will be another metre higher at it’s highest point at about the same time as the sunset, so I’ll go again and change my perspective to see what I can come up with..
What’s with the title I hear you ask??? That bloody seagull (white speck on the edge of the cliff) was standing guard over the cliff in every single shot I took, like a sentinel at the gate..
